The Effingham County Schools built their Clubhouse Trailer in 2025. This build is considered a Total Electric Split Entry Layout, with our most popular features.

Climb the Electric retracting staircase into the nose of the trailer, where the customized drumline storage shelving resides. Above your head is a drum carrier grid for storing up to 24 carriers. A telescoping handrail is located on the right side of the stairs, mounted to the door.

A 3-step staircase leads from the nose to the carpeted 2nd floor. 53′ of upstairs lighting, in addition to downstairs lighting and 7 exterior-facing flood lights provide safety for late-night loading.

2 sections of 6′ instrument shelves take up the curbside of the trailer, with one additional shelf unit on the street side (driver side) in front of the street-side #1 door. This shelving is carpeted with open-loop carpet, and slanted back towards the wall, eliminating the need for strapping instruments down, in most cases.

The nose contains the Drum Wall, customized specifically for Effingham’s battery quantities and dimensions.

At the rear of the 2nd floor is electric powered rear ramp. This allows for seamless unloading and loading of the 1st and 2nd floor. When you need more floor space, the stairs raise up and out of the way.

The rear of the trailer is capped off with our flagship full-width electric rear ramp. This ramp is 15 feet long, and powered by 2 pairs of electric actuators. Accompanying our exclusive high-grip aluminum ramp planks are a formed aluminum gap flap and approach plate, allowing even the smallest rollers to seamlessly travel up the ramp and into the trailer.

On the passenger side of the trailer protruding from the 2nd floor is our Director’s Perch. A tool-less deployment makes it easy to rally the band before a performance, or act as a drum major podium when needed. The perch lifts up and stores inside the doorway when not in use.

Coming out of the streetside #1 doorway is our Tubavator. The electric Tuba winch can load tubas in various case configurations up to 85lbs from the ground to the 2nd floor. A simple, one button switch makes it easier to control and load safely and efficiently.

Effingham South High School chose to add uniform rack storage to their trailer. 16 total feet of uniform racks provide secure, numbered slots for 152 uniforms. The slots are specifically designed to provide adequate spacing between uniform bags, and snug enough to keep the hangers from jumping off in transit.

With every Clubhouse Trailer, you’re getting a green energy solution. 3 deep cycle AGM batteries provide power to all systems like the ramp, lighting circuits, stairs, and tubavator, and roof-mounted solar panels keep the batteries charged without plugging into a noisy generator. The smart battery management system ensures you will not overdrain the batteries, and will create a reserve capacity to get your ramp in at the end of a long contest day.

Parking the trailer indoors, or have many overcast days in a row? No problem! The trailer has a shore power plug at the rear of the trailer to plug in with an extension cord to charge the batteries.
