When you buy a Clubhouse Trailer, you're getting more than a product—you're gaining a team of professionals committed to supporting you for the life of your trailer.
Routine Maintenance
Your trailer is a complex, highly functional piece of equipment that requires regular care and attention. Each year, we send out a comprehensive maintenance checklist covering key items to review before the season begins, helping you keep your trailer in peak condition. Every trailer leaves The Clubhouse with a Branded Toolbag with every tool you need to work on your trailer. Need another? They are available in our online store.
On-Site Maintenance and Repair
Throughout the spring and summer, we hit the road on maintenance trips, visiting bands across the country to assist with maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. In 2025, we traveled more than 7,000 miles to schools requesting on-site service. Each visit includes our annual maintenance checklist plus a detailed 60+ point inspection report, identifying areas that may need future attention.
Emergency Support
We understand the stress of discovering an issue during late-night load-up. That’s why we answer emails and phone calls well into the evening to help get you back up and running.
Self-Guided Troubleshooting and Support
Our Digital Operating Manual provides video tutorials and written guides on proper maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of every feature in your trailer. Available to all customers free of charge, it’s accessible anytime through QR codes located inside your trailer.
Trailer Upgrades and Retrofits
In 2025, more than a dozen trailers already in the field received upgrades through DIY Kits or retrofits at Clubhouse HQ. Regardless of your trailer’s age, we can work with you to systematically upgrade it to meet your current and future needs.
Re-wraps and Refurbishment
Times change, and your wrap can too. When Texas A&M Commerce became East Texas A&M five years after we built their trailer, it returned to The Clubhouse for a fresh start. We removed the old wrap and designed, printed, and installed a new one in no time. Learn more here.
Ready for a complete refurbishment? We can take your trailer through our comprehensive refurbishment process to ensure longevity and road safety. This includes media blasting, skin patches and repairs, corrosion mitigation, fresh paint, new running gear (air bags, brakes, wheel seals), and any necessary structural repairs.
Long-Term Support
No matter when your trailer was built, The Clubhouse is here for the long haul. In 2024, the 10th trailer we ever built—for Stillwater High School back in 2016—returned for upgrades including new rear stairs and lighting. The two Allen trailers, built in 2018, came back in 2025 for routine maintenance and hydraulic ramp performance upgrades.
