Clubhouse Trailer Company was created by band dads, and at our core, we know that parent involvement is critical to the success of marching logistics supporting the marching bands. While we build turn-key trailers, we also understand that some bands are in a position where they would rather build it themselves, or build in phases.
DIY Kits are made to help you build out your trailer safer, and more efficiently. In most cases, simple hand tools are all that are required to assemble after delivery. We ship most kits via freight with liftgate service as needed. See some of the kits we provide below.
The slotted uniform racks ensure that uniforms do not jump off the hanger while in transit. These racks attach to the vertical e-track in semi trailers, and bolt in to the walls on small trailers. Available in 3′, 4′, 6′ and 8 foot sections, we will number them to meet your needs!
Made with extruded aluminum and 1/8″ waterjet aluminum.
Door Spans allow you to build a second floor, while carrying the floor across open doorways.
The door spans will hook into the vertical e-track on either side of the door.
Standard door spans are available for 54″ doors, as well as oversized barn doors and super barn doors.
The aluminum portable ramps are a lightweight, strong alternative to full-width electric ramps. Typically provided in a set of 3 ramps, the mid-support legs are tool-less, and easy to set in place. A custom floor plate makes the transition from ramp to the trailer seamless. High grip slotted treads make it easy to push instruments into the trailer.
Originally designed for moving van trailers with a 38-44″ deck height, additional ramp options available for box-truck and dry-van (54″) heights.
The drum carrier grid is an innovative storage solution that utilizes overhead storage, and taking up no floor space. The carrier grid, sent as a kit, includes the aluminum tubing and waterjet connectors, as well as materials to mount to two load bars that span the width of the trailer. About 24 drum carriers will fit on a carrier grid.

Skinny Lighting Systems include lights, wire, mounting hardware, and wiring connectors to connect to tow vehicle power (for small trailers).
If you are looking for a lightweight, sturdy staircase solution to get into your trailer, or onto the 2nd floor, our manual stair kits may be for you. Instead of removing them and storing them underneath the trailer, these stairs pivot in place and store vertically, with a simple latch mechanism.
The manual stairs are identical to our electric powered stairs, but without the wiring requirements.
The stair treads are a custom Clubhouse-designed high-grip aluminum extrusion 36″ wide, with waterjet cut aluminum side plates.
A CNC cut template is provided to mount the stairs to your trailer, and an adjustable latch is mounted to the vertical e-track in the trailer. =
While we design, print, & install vinyl wraps in house, we also provide graphic design services, & vinyl printing services on an individual basis.
Some bands may have a parent that owns a sign shop, and just needs a trailer design to print locally, we can help.
You may have a parent that is a gifted vinyl installer, we can help with the printing, and will ship it to you.
We only print on 3M ControlTac Graphic Film and Overlaminate, which carries an industry leading warranty against color-fade.
Vinyl Kits are available for small trailers and semi trailers.
