A solid, durable base is key to ensure longevity of the wrap, and make the trailer clean & presentable, even without the wrap.
Did You Know:
Did You Know: We don’t just wrap trailers — we paint them first! But why, you ask?
Our focus is quality and longevity and painting the trailer before wrapping ensures a clean, smooth surface for the vinyl to adhere to, giving it that sharp, vibrant look that lasts!
✅ Protection: The paint acts as a protective layer, preventing rust and weathering from damaging the trailer’s surface.
✅ Better adhesion: The smooth painted surface allows the wrap to bond more effectively, reducing the risk of wrinkles or peeling over time.
✅ Longer-lasting results: A properly prepped trailer (with paint) ensures your wrap stays pristine, even through the toughest conditions. We have trailers in the wild with their original wrap, more than 10 years old!
✅ Reversible: If your band ever wants to refresh or rebrand, rest assured that the surface underneath is just as presentable as the wrap on top.
While we wrap from rail to rail, we paint the top rail, bottom rail, hinges, bellyboxes and undercarriage to make your wrap seamless! If buying a refurbished trailer, we also media blast the entire trailer to remove any rust, and patch as necessary. So when you see one of our trailers wrapped to perfection, you can trust that the quality starts with a solid, protective paint job underneath. 🎨
Rewrapping in Action
When Texas A&M Commerce changed their name to East Texas A&M, their band trailer needed an update.
In 2020, we prepped, painted and wrapped this trailer for Texas A&M Commerce, as part of the regular trailer build.
In 2025, during a rebranding process for the university, we took in the trailer to unwrap, design, and install a new wrap on the trailer.
The wrap, which had been installed for 5 years, and sat in the direct sun, was able to be removed cleanly, with no damage to the paint. If needed, the trailer could have been used as a blank black trailer.
Upon final approval of artwork, we began printing the new wrap. Installation takes just 3 days, and now, the East Texas A&M University Marching Band has a brand new wrap to match their new name!
