The Long Creek High School Band built their Clubhouse Trailer in 2025. This build is considered a Total Electric Split Entry Layout, with a Haltom Interior Ramp and our most popular features.

Climb the Electric retracting staircase into the nose of the trailer, where the customized drumline storage shelving resides. Above your head is a drum carrier grid for storing up to 24 carriers. A telescoping handrail is located on the right side of the stairs, mounted to the door.

A 3-step staircase leads from the nose to the carpeted 2nd floor. 40′ of upstairs lighting, in addition to downstairs lighting and 7 exterior-facing flood lights provide safety for late-night loading. On the street side (driver side) of the trailer features an oversized doorway, with protective railing and an out-swinging gate, to allow for loading into the 2nd floor from the ground.

2 sections of 6′ instrument shelves take up the curbside of the trailer, with the street side (driver side) left open for sousaphones or other instrument storage. Looking forward into the nose is the customized drum wall. This shelving is carpeted with open-loop carpet, and slanted back towards the wall, eliminating the need for strapping instruments down, in most cases.

The nose contains the Drum Wall, customized specifically for Long Creek’s battery quantities and dimensions.

At the rear of the 2nd floor is our Haltom Ramp. The interior aluminum hinged ramp lift up towards the wall to allow for unobstructed loading and unloading of the 1st floor. First deployed in 2021, the Haltom Ramp is a great stairs-alternative for bands with larger front ensembles.

The rear of the trailer is capped off with our flagship full-width electric rear ramp. This ramp is 15 feet long, and powered by 2 pairs of electric actuators. Accompanying our exclusive high-grip aluminum ramp planks are a formed aluminum gap flap and approach plate, allowing even the smallest rollers to seamlessly travel up the ramp and into the trailer.

Below the trailer and inside the streetside bellyboxes reside two color guard drawers. These drawers are each 8 feet long, and 4 feet deep, and have a capacity of around 400 lbs. Flags, sabers, and rifles all have a secure space on the trailer.
