Shelving: Custom Drum Wall Storage with Carrier Grid
Additional Features: Color Guard Drawers, Interior Nose Ramp
The Hebron High School Band built their Clubhouse Trailer in 2025. This build is considered a Flying Carpet Layout, with an interior nose ramp, rear electric ramp and our customized drumline storage.
Climb the Manual latching staircase into the nose of the trailer, where the customized drumline storage shelving resides. Above your head is a drum carrier grid for storing up to 24 carriers. A telescoping handrail is located on the right side of the stairs, mounted to the door.
Looking in from the rear of the trailer, the flying carpet moving 2nd floor sits in its transport position (left). This 26 foot long floor, lowers to the floor, and allows for loading front ensemble, instrument cases, and other rolling equipment. 12 floor-mounted d-rings keep everything secure, and the Flying Carpet raises to 72″ off the ground to load additional taller equipment downstairs.
40′ of upstairs lighting, in addition to downstairs lighting and 7 exterior-facing flood lights provide safety for late-night loading.
A fold-down ramp allows you to roll additional instrument into the nose battery area, and folds out of the way
The nose contains the Drum Wall, customized specifically for Hebron’s battery quantities and dimensions.
The rear of the trailer is capped off with our flagship full-width electric rear ramp. This ramp is 15 feet long, and powered by 2 pairs of electric actuators. Accompanying our exclusive high-grip aluminum ramp planks are a formed aluminum gap flap and approach plate, allowing even the smallest rollers to seamlessly travel up the ramp and into the trailer.
Below the trailer and inside the streetside bellyboxes reside two color guard drawers. These drawers are each 8 feet long, and 4 feet deep, and have a capacity of around 400 lbs. Flags, sabers, and rifles all have a secure space on the trailer.
