Frequently Asked Questions

Explore some of the top FAQs around band trailer design and solutions. Have more questions? Contact us!

Do we have to provide the trailer?

No, you do not have to provide the trailer! We can help with the purchase of a new trailer or find a gently-used, reconditioned option. All of our trailers are DOT-certified with key systems brought up to a high standard, regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Learn more about our refurbishment program here.

Can we purchase a trailer and build it out later?

Absolutely! We can work with your program’s time and budget constraints to plan out a future build. Several bands choose to buy a trailer one year, paint and wrap it the next, and then build it out a year after that. Some people also come back after several years to upgrade their ramps.

Do we have to design the graphics?

No, every Clubhouse Trailer full build includes custom graphics. Our sister company, Clubhouse Graphics, will work with you to create a stunning wrap for your Community Showpiece, as well as help with any other graphic needs.

How do we get our trailer to and from The Clubhouse?

We can assist in arranging transport for your trailer. We work with licensed semi-trailer logistics companies to transport your new trailer across the country. Our sister company, Clubhouse Logistics, also moves most of the trailers to their final destination!

We already have a trailer. Can you upfit ours?

Yes! Customer provided trailers make up roughly 20% of all of our projects. As long as your trailer meets certain minimum requirements (condition, type of trailer), we can build out your trailer. We can also put your trailer through our refurbishment process if needed!

What does a marching band trailer cost?

Every project is unique and specific to your band’s needs, and as such, prices vary based on the level of build. Head over to our Contact page to work with Connor to get a quote!

Do you install vinyl wraps on trailer?

Not only do we wrap our trailers, we design and print them in-house! Semis, box trucks, small trailers, we do it all! Even buses and trucks! Check out Clubhouse Graphics!

We are far from Oklahoma. Can you help?

Definitely! Clubhouse Trailers are seen all over the country, and we will facilitate shipping to and from the Clubhouse.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! We work with a leader in school-equipment leasing & financing solutions, and can work with you to work with your budget to build the band trailer of your dreams.

We'd like to build the trailer ourselves. Can you help?

We know that dedicated band parents and directors make everything possible. If you’re wanting to build the trailer yourself, we’re here to help. We have DIY Kits to help build a second floor, install lighting, or add stairs. Check out our DIY Kits page for more information. We also are here to be a sounding board; if you need guidance on methodology, or a new idea, we’ll hop on a call and see how we can help!

We are a small band. Do you have a band trailer for us?

We are lucky enough to build trailers for bands that have 12 members, up to 500+ members. Bumper Pull and Gooseneck Trailers pack many of the same features of semis, but in a smaller footprint.
